Tjo embarked on his creative journey with his dad’s old camera in his hand. However, it wasn’t until he was diagnosed with pure OCD and created art to deal with his feelings that he started considering his work as art.

His entry into the NFT space came towards the end of 2020 when a close friend encouraged him to venture down the rabbit hole. Although not minting straight away, Tjo has a few popular collections, including ‘One Night Only,’ which he credits as the catalyst behind the community interest in his most sought-after collection.

Tjo started working on his highly-acclaimed ‘BLeU’ series in 2022. Associating the color blue with self-dialogue, the thought-provoking abstract piece tells many vivid stories. Undeniably, his most spoken-about work was released as his first and only artwork under the cc0 license. Tjo has minted numerous other exciting pieces, including ‘my shadow won’t let me be,’ ‘i hate u,’ and ‘angels die with you.’

Tjo has been very transparent about his struggles with mental health, the purpose of his art as a beacon for the fractured, and the importance that he puts into everything he does, not only by addressing real things but by putting light on his own struggles, encouraging mental health practices.
