Richard Nadler, the talented NFT artist from Bavaria, has captivated audiences with his stunning Japanese-inspired art in the NFT world. From a young age, he’s been fascinated by Japanese culture, and this love is evident in the intricate details and vibrant colors of his artwork.
“My father worked in Japan for some years, and whenever I could visit him, I traveled from Germany to Japan to experience this wonderful country,” Richard shares. “The landscape, people, Japanese culture just fascinated me, and it became a big part of my daily life. My dad passed away when I was 18, and one of our last trips to Japan was during the Sakura – the cherry blossom season. That’s also why I am emotionally related to that lovely country – and why my art speaks boldly about Japan.”
Richard’s journey into the NFT space started two years ago when a friend introduced him to the world of NFTs, and he started collecting digital art from unknown artists. It wasn’t long before he decided to share his own art with the world, and he never looked back. His defining project so far has been his Japanese GenArt Collection on Objkt.com, which has been a huge success. But it’s not just his solo projects that have impressed, his collaboration with Swiss artist Leander Herzog is another milestone in his NFT journey.

He advises artists looking to get into the NFT space to research the different platforms and communities, experimenting with different platforms, determine the value proposition of their NFTs, engage with the NFT community and continue to learn and evolve.

He recognizes the potential for NFTs to democratize the art world and make it more accessible to a broader range of people. And regarding collectors, Richard’s experience has been positive overall, with the NFT community being a supportive and dynamic place to be. With his unique style and innovative ideas, Richard is an artist to watch out for in the coming years.
