“Right now, I believe we are just scratching the surface with art and collectibles. These have a shot at becoming the most collectible category in the world.”

Klutch is a Dope Dealer. Not THAT sort of dope. He’s the one telling artists their art is dope. A lot. If your art’s not been dope-dealt by Klutch, is it even art?!

He’s a highly experienced web2 founder with over 1 million satisfied customers and over $500 million worth of retail sales under his belt. One of the nicest and most supportive personas in the NFT space, Klutch’s voice is also influential.

This collector and NFT investor has been involved in the NFT space since the summer of 2021 and also contributes to the culture of web3 as co-host of the NorCalandKlutch podcast and his membership in the TungstenDAO NFT Collective.

Klutch firmly believes the NFT userbase will grow to a level comparable to that of crypto – and potentially even more significant.

“Right now, I believe we are just scratching the surface with art and collectibles. These have a shot at becoming the most collectible category in the world. People collect all sorts of things and the markets for all of those things lack an easy way to trade or acquire them on a worldwide scale. When I think of that fact, I think art and probably gaming NFTs will become the largest collectibles in the world.”

When Klutch collects pieces, he not only looks out for things that interest him but also who the artist is, and their position in the NFT space. He explains: “Are they a good person? Do they work hard? Is their art progressing and improving? Do they show up every day? Do they have good intentions to help grow the space in addition to their career? If I can’t answer yes to all those, I won’t collect their art.”

Klutch believes the future of cryptoart will explode and that curated collections will become the most significant projects in the space.

“Projects like the 6529 Memes, Noble Gallery, Fake Rare Pepes, etc., all have a proven and sustainable business model now. I think PFP projects will slowly fade over time as their business model is still not very proven outside the largest projects,” Klutch says.

His burning determination is to get to know artists, support them, and invest in their art and the artists themselves, with a mission to support those in the space working to help build it positively and sustainably. That’s Dope, Klutch.
